Hello spring! We hope all of you enjoy this beautiful season with lots of fun and delicious Washoku foods 🙂
From September 1st, we are excited to launch the beta of Washoku Lovers Booking system. From now until the end of November, we invite you all to make a reservation at either Izakaya Samurai in Neutral Bay or Japanese BBQ Yakiniku Suminoya in the Sydney CBD to earn points towards a $20 voucher!
We’re aiming for this restaurants online booking system to help you all to look for the Japanese restaurants not only in Sydney, but also in other states and even in Japan! I have been asked by many people what Japanese restaurants they should go to in both Australia and Japan. We really hope this system can help you to choose washoku restaurants to have the best possible washoku experience.
We have individual pages for each restaurant, Japanese BBQ Yakiniku Suminoya in the Sydney CBD and Izakaya Samurai in Neutral Bay
We would like to hear from you all what information you would like to know when looking for the washoku restaurants? We hope to be able to give you more specific information rather than just reviews from other users. We would like to add more information about each restaurant for you.
On the other hand, we have met a lot of managers who are working in the restaurants and are struggling to manage many bookings via phone calls. They have to manage the phone 7 days a week including their holidays! 🙁 we know, it’s so sad.. we wish they could have holidays without any concerns, making it easier to manage their bookings and hopefully increase their sales too!
We are very excited to be in the test marketing period to see how this system works at the restaurants and how often people can use the online booking system rather than call the restaurants. We will improve the system as much as we can in this period. Please leave your comments if you have any feedbacks. Any feedback would be very valued for us.
