Egg and nut free
Makes 4 serves
- 1bag JFC Edamame, thawed and removed from pods (Net weight about 220g)
- 2 Onions, finely chopped
- 400mL Stock (vegetable or chicken)
- 600mL Milk of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat stock in a pot, add the onion and cook until it softens, about 5 minutes.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
You can serve this both chilled or hot.
